Hercules A injects Hercules resin, developed specifically for glass, between glass layers to generate an intermediate film through a chemical reaction at room temperature and pressure. The manufacturing technology of Hercules is believed to contribute significantly to the protection of the global environment by enabling energy savings and reducing CO2 emissions compared to film-laminated glass produced under high temperature and pressure. The resin laminated glass "Hercules" is a high-performance resin laminated glass manufactured using a new energy-saving production technology. The technology of Hercules involves injecting a specially developed liquid resin (such as polyurethane, polyester, or acrylic) between the glass layers, which generates an intermediate film through a chemical reaction at room temperature, thereby producing laminated glass.
